Worry and Fear
It is time to let go of fear and worry. When you worry you are keeping the mind very busy. It makes you feel that you are doing something--accomplishing something. You run ideas, worst cast scenarios and possible outcomes over and over in your mind.
You often feel that if you did not do this, a problem might get away from you. You might even forget that you have a problem that needs to be worked on. And so you toil with your thinking. Over and over your thoughts try to work out an answer, or so it may seem.
Actually, you are just running an old fear movie that is telling you that you must be hyper-vigilent or your life will get away from you, and you will lose all control.
But that has already happened. What you are trying to avoid, you have brought to yourself. You cannot change the circumstances with the same consciousness that brought the problem to you
In time, worry becomes a habit. You wake up in the morning and your mind begins to search for things to dread, things to worry about, and you wonder what problems you are going to have thrown at you that you have to conquer that day.
Your mind is searching for ways to take care of you. But it is missing the mark.
Instead of helping you, you mind is using up vital energy. Your mind sees a threat and it is working overtime to help resolve the conflict. The thing is--This all started with your mind wandering around, looking for something to work on.
As a society we are doers. We are innovators and problem solvers. So this worrying actually feels productive to the mind. It is not. In fact it can be destructive, robbing you of the vital force and energy that you need throughout the day
So what could we do differently?
Since worry and fear are lower frequencies, we can make sure we keep ourselves at a higher vibration
How is this done?
It is done through awareness. We often go through life on auto-pilot, performing tasks in a sort of half hypnosis. When we remember ourelves we wake up for a moment. You can guage how high your frequencies are by how you feel at any given time.
Remember to check in with yourelf throughout the day just to see how you feel It may be surprising You may notice that a little nagging thought has been lingering around in the shadows quite unnoticed. But now you can hear what it is saying.
At these times, stop and begin to breathe deeply. Take a deep breath and hold it for a few seconds and slowly let it out. Continue to do this as it oxygenates the brain, relaxes you, and will restore clarity to your thought process.
Let any negative thought rise and float away. You do not need to resist them, as whatever you resist persists. Know that they are just thoughts and are not necessarily truths. They might not even have originated from you.
When you wake up in the morning, remember to put your mind in a state of joy. Begin to feel gratitude. Instead of running your mind through things to worry about, run through your mind the things that make you feel joyful.
As you embrace thoughts of things that you love, you may actually feel warmth, or a vibration in your heart area. This is raising your vibration. When this happens the universe gives you new new eyes to look through
You begin to notice what you enjoy, what you cherish, what is precious to you, and this brings more joy to your heart
This makes you feel enthusiastic about the day ahead and you give out a vibration of light which attracts other people to you.
Creating become easier because you are now residing in an entirely new dimension of finer frequencies. This creates a new life--one you never knew that you could have and enjoy. You begin to notice syncronicities, and miracles happening around you. .
And this is really how your life was meant to be. This is how you create the life that you want. It starts with the intention to do so, one step at a time
