Accelerated Time
As you known, your sense of time is accelerating on planet earth.. Actually it is condensing. And yet your mind thinks the same way, and at the same rate.
As the increased energies are entering the physical body, subtle dramatic changes are taking place. There is a part of you which knows this and is a silent observer.
And yet you are mostly not aware of thisd in your daily, mental processes. These physical changes are causing you to shift dimensions during the day. It is very subtle and happens quickly, and yet it can have an affect on the 3-D body.
It is as if your mental constructs were attempting to integrate two realities at a time. This can leave the body feeling tired, spaced out, and out of sorts.
It also can cause you to feel an acceleration of the mind, as the mind appears to be working overtime to compensate.
The best thing to do in these situations is to first find a way to calm and soothe the mind. Deep, slow breathing at intervals throughout the day help you stay centered.
