Go into your own heart and feel the love that you are. Breathe deep and relax the mind. Take a mental break from your constant mental chatter. This constant mental chatter puts excessive wear on the nervous system It causes unrest, fear, and frustration. Your physical body sends out frequencies that others unintentionally pick up.
As you slow your thoughts (through slowing the breath) you give your mind a much needed rest. You are then able to focus into timelessness, the place where your soul resides.
This is a healing, comforting place to put your mind and emotions, and can be your place of refuge, your sanctuary, a spiritual vacation.
The mind wad not meant to indulge in continuous chatter. Many of you do not even realize you are doing it. You are creating battlefields in your mind and it is so unnecessary.
You become so worn out from your own inner chatter that when you actually need your mind, (say, to make a decision) your nervous system is completely depleted. It leaves you undecisive, which causes more and more chatter, which is now mixed with fear because you can''t seem to make decisions.
When this process continues you begin to forget things, and can feel overwhelmed with any little thing that happens. You feel swamped and overwhelmed because you did not allow your mind to rest.
But! There is a higher mind watching over you. It is your soul mind, and will let you know when you need to act. Once you still your mind, you will hear your higher mind as it speaks to you through your intuition.
You have much help. There is always someone standing guard for you. Relax, enjoy, be in the moment and rest your weary minbd. Allow yourself joy as your higher mind receives more prominence in your being
